A company registered with Security Exchange of Pakistan and Federal Board of Revenue (income Tax and Sales Tax) purposes. The company applied for FM Radio stations for DASKA, ShahdadPur and Digri in Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA). 03 FM radio licences were obtained through successful bidding process held in PEMRA Headquarters Islamabad and completion of codel formalities such as security clearance by the Ministry of Interior, Public hearing etc required under the provision of Pakistan Electronic Media Act 2002 and Rules and Regulations made thereunder.
